Cassidy Richard received her B.A. Degree in Elementary Education as well as her Instructional Coaching Certificate from UL Lafayette . She later received her Master's Degree in Elementary Education from LSU-Shreveport. She taught third grade for 5 years in Lafayette Parish Public Schools and then 7 years at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic School in third grade and fifth grade. She became the Curriculum Coordinator at Sts. Peter and Paul in 2018 and was named Assistant Principal in 2020. She is married to Chris Richard and they have two children.
